Ms. Fatibene has been a consultant to large and middle-market companies for over 20 years with a focus
on formulating strategy, developing operating plans, building new markets, conducting competitive analysis, implementing management metrics,
pricing and budgeting in the technology, health care and services industries. She launched her career in consulting at Bain & Company, an
international consulting firm, where she was a Manager until 1989. Ms. Fatibene started her professional career as a commercial banker with
Fleet Bank. She holds an MBA with high honors from Columbia Business School and is a graduate of Brown University.
