We’re interested in making investments in companies fitting the following profile:

• Revenues between $3 million and $25 million, with a minimum of break-even EBITDA;
• Primary focus on Services, Information Technology, Communications, and Education sectors - with a specific interest in technology-enabled services businesses;
• Companies located on the US East Coast and preferably within a close proximity of New York City;
• Will consider underperforming companies or those with non-standard underwriting requirements;
• Prefer acquisitions or controlling investments to support seasoned Operating Management teams;
• Our principals will work closely with the Operating Management in key areas such as strategy setting, new business development, financial management, and leadership development; and
• Will not consider: start-ups, asset intensive businesses, retailing, hospitality, or real estate.
