Ralph Lynch is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity investing. Mr. Lynch began his career in Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers as an analyst in the M&A Group in New York. By the time of his final departure from the firm to join Credit Suisse, Mr. Lynch had been promoted to Group Head of Lehman Brothers’ European M&A Department based in London. At Credit Suisse, Mr. Lynch was Head of the firm’s Global Healthcare and Consumer Products M&A business based in New York. Mr. Lynch then joined Sun Capital Partners in 2002 to become Head of the firm’s New York office. Sun Capital is one of the leading operationally focused Private Equity firms in the United States.
