- In-depth understanding of both in and out-of-court restructurings including U.S. Chapter 11 filings, Canadian Creditors protection and UK Administration, the latter through an affiliate based in London.
- Project management of necessary reporting requirements, work streams and recruiting of specialists to efficiently and cost effectively handle bankruptcy situations.
